net underslip. this is a great product as there a little bit longer than a tutu, but along the same lines. they have a fully elasticated waist and there are three layers to the skirt. these are great for either wearing on there own or under another skirt. they are also good for 80's parties as they can be worn over another skirt and it becomes a kind of rara skirt which is very eighties for all your fancy dress parties.
